There has been a vandalism alert at our church. It you leave your vehicle unlocked during Sunday services, when you get ready to go home you will have been visited by the squash ditcher. This is the police lineup from our garden, we have six varieties growing. Janeil has peddled them to neighbors, friends, our family home evening group, coworkers in Relief Society, relatives, and people in her exercise group. If you remember Forrest Gump's friend Bubba, he knew about 50 ways to prepare shrimp. We have about the same number of uses for squash.
Looking at this picture reminds me of our 5 children. Each one is as different as these squash. Each was born in a different state (Utah, Connecticut, Montana, Indiana, and Oregon). They are great parents and mates. Each one has developed their unique talents marvelously.

Nice variety! I think I will end up with one - a single butternut. Have beaucoup tomatoes though which have been yummy. And bell peppers and cucumbers. Want to do some trading? :-)
